Graceworks at Home

Graceworks at Home, affiliated with Graceworks Lutheran Services, has just launched Health at Home, LLC in the South Dayton neighborhoods. The new Graceworks agency provides health care services for the whole person -- promoting physical, social and emotional well-being. Services include nursing care, rehabilitative therapy, medical social services and home health aide assistance.
