Memory-Supported Care

Bethany Village's memory-supported care program provides a residential option for your family member with Alzheimer's disease or another memory impairment. The unique, home-like setting of Arbor and Orchardview residences features all private resident rooms, dining rooms, a dedicated Life Enrichment Center, and landscaped courtyards.

All members of the memory-supported care team have received specialized training in Gentle Teaching, a method of care giving to help your family member feel safe and loved. In addition, Bethany employs a full-time music therapist and three Life Enrichment Coordinators who help maintain your family member's well being by using techniques that help stimulate memory and recall.

In the Life Enrichment Center, your loved one can help bake bread, create pottery or reminisce about his or her wedding day and other special family events.
