Positions currently available at Bethany Village
State-Tested Nursing Assistants
State-tested nurse assistant (STNA) positions available on all shifts to care for residents on our Long Term Care units, Rehabilitation Center and Memory Support unit. Qualified candidates will have completed the State of Ohio Nurse Aide Training Program and have their 75-hour Nursing Aide Training Certificate. Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Available shifts for RCT (STNA):
PT 7am-3:30pm, (16 hrs/wk, every other weekend)
PT 3pm-11:30pm, (16 hrs/wk, every other weekend)
PT 11pm-7:30am, (16 hrs/wk, every other weekend)
FT 7am-3:30pm, (40 hrs/wk, every other weekend)
FT 3pm-11:30pm, (40 hrs/wk, every other weekend)
Licensed Practical Nurse
Responsible for providing superb patient care for residents in our Long Term Care units, Memory Support unit and Rehabilitation Center. IV certification is required with strong work history including long term care. Qualified candidates will have strong assessment skills, great customer service skills and previous health care experience.
Available shifts for LPN:
PT 3pm-11:30pm, (16 hrs/wk, every other weekend)
FT 7am-3:30pm, (40 hrs/wk, every other weekend)
Physical Therapist
PRN: Responsible for evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, documentation, and modification of all patient/resident programs. Administers physical therapy in compliance with Federal, State, local, and Bethany Village standards, policies, and guidelines. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Physical Therapy (Master’s degree preferred) and a current Ohio Physical Therapy license. At least two years physical therapy experience in long-term health care setting is required.
Occupational Therapist
PRN: Responsible for evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge and appropriate and effective communications to residents. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master’s degree preferred), current Ohio license in Occupational Therapy and CPR certification. At least two years experience, preferably in a long-term health care setting, is required.
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (C.O.T.A.)
PRN: Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, will perform treatments and provide occupational therapy instruction and demonstration for our residents. Qualified candidates will have current Ohio certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (L.P.T.A.)
PRN: Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, performs treatments and provides physical therapy instruction and demonstration for our residents. Qualified candidates will have current Ohio certification as a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
Human Resources Receptionist
Part-time: 16 hours per week; flexible scheduling. Under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager, the successful candidate will greet visitors and staff, file confidential personnel records, input employment applications/retrieve information from HRIS database and perform other general clerical duties as needed. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook highly preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment required.
Dietetic Technician
Full-time: Position screens, assesses and documents nutritional problems and needs of residents and recommends action, when needed, from nutrition expertise to all interdisciplinary care team members. Qualified candidates will have completed Dietetic Technician degree and practicum. Must be registered or registration eligible by the American Dietetic Association Dietetic Technician Program. Continuing education hours are completed as required for registration. Registration eligible must become registered within six (6) months.
Cook
PRN (every other weekend). Position needed to provide nutritional care to 275 residents in long term care through accurate and sanitary food preparation via tray service, cleaning and sanitizing activities. Must possess high school diploma or GED; institutional food service experience preferred.
Home Health Aide
Part-time: 16 hours per week (hours include day and evenings, but are flexible). Bethany Village is currently seeking a Home Health Aide to work in our assisted and independent living areas (on campus only). Must have high school diploma or GED, a valid Ohio Driver’s License, and a strong desire to work and care for the elderly population.
Painter
Full-time: Position needed for preparation and painting of all interior and exterior surfaces. Successful candidate will have at least two years experience as a professional painter performing all phases of work equal to journeyman ability. High school diploma or GED required.
Server
PRN: Positions needed to provide excellent dining service to our residents and guests. Candidates must be able to work 10 to 12 hours per a week from 3:30pm-8:00pm with occasional weekends, and have the ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical examination. Must have strong professional references.
