Grand Cottages

We have some exciting news to share! Building upon the success of the Villas, Park Ridge Place and Contemporary Cottages, we're now planning a whole new type of residence: Bethany’s Grand Cottages.

Planned as a redevelopment of an existing Bethany cottage neighborhood, the Grand Cottages will feature up to 2,000 square feet of living space, with kitchens overlooking living and dining rooms. There will also be a private master suite, second bedroom, two full baths and a two-car attached garage — some with a den and optional year-round sunroom. As with any residence at Bethany Village, the Grand Cottages will offer maintenance-free living, life-enriching programs and a full continuum of on-site care.
