Consisting of 160 one-, two-, and three-bedroom single and attached homes, the cottage community is a true neighborhood nestled amongst quiet, tree-lined streets. New in 2010, a select few of the most popular cottages are being exquisitely revamped to become the Contemporary Cottages of Bethany.

The remodeled Contemporary Cottages offer open floor plans based on the great room concept with kitchen islands overlooking the dining and living areas. Appointments include granite islands and maple cabinetry in kitchens; master bedroom suites with walk-in closet and bath; and wood plank laminate flooring in the kitchen and foyer.

The traditional cottages at Bethany retain their floor plan while offering new touches such as four-panel, white interior doors with colonial style trim around closet doors; updated laminate counters in the kitchen and bathroom and floating wood laminate flooring in both the kitchen and foyer.
