Bethany Village Expansion Completed

Bethany Village has physically transformed its 100-acre campus, creating new lifestyle opportunities for individuals who choose to make Bethany their home.

Bethany’s interconnected community features new residences and new common areas where individuals can enjoy living, growing and learning together. The expansion, fully completed in 2009 includes a new Village Center, 30 new villas, 30 spacious apartments and a new state-of-the-art Memory Support Center.

Village Center
The Village Center is the new heart of the community, providing a variety of life enrichment programs and special events. It houses areas for socializing, fitness and lifelong learning which play a critical role in helping people achieve physical, social, emotional, vocational, spiritual and intellectual well-being.

Villas
The 30 new villas offer condominium-style living in a secure, maintenance-free environment. They are expansive with a large, open floor plan, master suite, den, guest room and two-car garage.

Park Ridge Place
The stunning new residence has 30 two-bedroom apartments with large room and smart spaces, such as balconies, dens, patios and a two-level, below-grade parking garage. Another unique amenity is the plaza deck on the roof of the parking garage. The deck is large enough to hold outdoor gatherings such as barbeques and concerts.

Memory Support Center
The new Memory Support Center is designed to enhance the quality of life of residents who have dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Central to the design is our recognition that this is someone’s home. The center is divided into four households with fourteen residents living in each. All of the residents will have private bedrooms with a private bathroom and shower.
