NFCC Commemorates Financial Literacy Month
The
National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC) is proud to continue its six-decade mission of promoting financial literacy, and commends Congress for recognizing the importance of financial education by designating April as Financial Literacy Month.
“The NFCC continues to set the standard for the delivery of financial education and counseling, advancing the NFCC’s vision of creating a national culture of financial responsibility in this country,” said Gail Cunningham, spokesperson for the NFCC. “Although we believe that consumers should live as though every month were Financial Literacy Month, April provides the opportunity to bring increased consumer attention to this critical issue.”
