Do you need quality, affordable housing for elderly or disabled individuals? Or are you looking for a smaller, welcoming place for an aging parent to call home?
A comfortable, and safe place to live is a basic human  need. If you have a limited income and are over age 62 and/or disabled, we can help. Our goal is provide a high quality of life for each of our residents.

Graceworks Housing Services, through a partnership with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), has a long and successful track record of providesing affordable housing for eligible persons with limited financial resources.
More than 700 people live in our 18 apartment communities located in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. Our residents enjoy well-maintained, spacious and attractive apartments in convenient locations. Our communities offer studio and one-bedroom units complete with appliances and affordable utilities in clean, secure buildings, with easy access for people with mobility impairments.

Our residents enjoy a caring, family-like atmosphere with many social and educational activities. Through resident councils and other means for participation, residents take active roles in their communities.

At Graceworks Housing Services, we are committed to helping people maintain a self-sufficient lifestyle. Many communities are conveniently located near grocery and retail stores, medical facilities and other services. Additionally, most facilities employ a service coordinator who helps residents find community resources to meet their needs.

Who lives in Graceworks Housing Services?

41% of the people who live in Graceworks Housing Services communities have annual incomes of less than $8,600. For retirees, those living on a small, fixed income, or people who find themselves struggling to maintain a larger home and want to downsize, we offer a pleasant solution. Or, for older persons simply feeling more isolated and who want to live in community with others, we offer an affordable option. To qualify for residency, individuals must be 62 years old or disabled and meet HUD income guidelines. Each resident is required to pay only 30 percent of his or her adjusted annual income to the cost of housing and utilities.
